  • We do not book vendors strictly on a first come, first serve basis, but focus on varied product availability.

  • We do not allow MLMs.

  • Due to the host organization selling food, we do not allow on-site food sales.

  • You will receive confirmation of your acceptance.

Set up

  • Set up can begin at 8:00 am the morning of the event

  • You will be issued a 10' x 10' space.

  • This is an indoor event.

  • Tents are prohibited.

  • All vendors must provide their own setup, including tables, and linens displays. No tables, electricity or water will be provided.

  • There are two areas designated for unloading equipment- The ramp on Guillemard and the street on Wright Street. Once finished unloading, please move car so other vendors may have access to unload.

  • We request you do not park on Wright Street or Guillemard streets during market hours. Parking on Belmont is allowed. If you have accessibility concerns, please let us know.

  • All booth spaces are pre-reserved. When arriving, seek out a volunteer who will inform you of your booth location.

  • The booth spaces will be marked with tape to show your allotted space.

  • Please ensure your booth is ready by 9:50 am. If you do not arrive by 9:30 am your spot may be forfeited. If you only need 20 min to set up let us know so we don't fill your spot!

Booth Spaces

  • Booths are generally shoulder to shoulder with their neighboring vendors so please plan accordingly (meaning there is not a path in between booths to walk through). You'll want to plan your booth layout with an option to be able to move around your displays without entering your neighbors booth.

  • If you are unable to make it for any reason, please let us know - even if it is the morning of! We want to make sure there are no gaps and will move vendors around if someone can't make it.

  • All vendors need to have their own payment processing methods.

  • There is not a cash machine on site, so if you are allowing cash payments, please be sure to bring your own petty cash to make change.

  • Vendors can choose any method in processing their own payments. Many vendors use Square, Venmo, or Paypal to process electronic payments as well as accepting cash. This is all completely up to you and what works for your business.

Spread the Word!

  • When vendors help promote the market, it makes the BIGGEST different in attendance. Please share the market as often as possible with your followers, email lists, friends, etc.
